Facilities: Large Barn with concrete center isle, 54 x 98 Indoor Riding Arena, Turnout Paddocks, Pasture, Outdoor Wash Area, Tack Room, Lights for Night Riding.

 
Stalls: 10 x 12 and 10 x 10
Equipped with rubber mats, heated water buckets, individual stall lights and plugs for fans and grooming devices
Training: Competitive pricing (call for Quote). Techniques are based on individual horse/rider's needs. Focus: "Instilling the Basics"

Full Service: $250.00/month. Includes: Stall, bedding, stall mucking, hay, grain, pasture or paddock turnout, blanketing (horse owner must provide blanket), indoor riding arena, and full use of facility

 

Self Care Board: $140.00 per month includes Daily Turnout, and Bedding for the stall is provided and has full use of facility. Owner must perform own stall cleaning, and grain.

Hay- is good to high quality alfalfa and orchardgrass mix bales.

Grain-is Nutrena Safe Choice, or Strategy by Purina, and Oats.

Customized care is available!!

All horses must have a current negative coggins test and be current on vaccinations (6 way vaccine is required).

Indoor Riding Arena- 54’ x 98’ rents for $15.00 per hour for individual riding and can be rented for the day for clinics (call for rates). Arena usage is included in boarding fees.

Round Pen:

Discounts available to IQHA, IPHC, 4H Associations and Multiple Horse Discounts apply. Not to exceed 10% per horse.

Horse Shows: We regularly participate in Iowa Paint and Iowa Quarter horse shows held at the Iowa Equestrian Center in Cedar Rapids, Des Moines, as well as Minnesota and Northern, Iowa.

We can provide transportation to horse shows, events, and provide hauling for a reasonable charge to the horse owner/presenter.
